Access to an administration panel is only typically granted to Dedicated Server Leases. There are situations where access can be granted but must be these requests will be handled on a "case-by-case" manner.

FTP & FTPs

FTP & FTPs

FTP & FTPs connections are granted for all Packages.

We strongly recommend that all clients of FSS read the detailed information about FTP/FTPs Protocol.

SSH

SSH

SSH Access is strictly prohibited in all of our Virtual Server Packages for security reasons. However, SSH access can be granted for for Dedicated Server Leases and is granted on a case by case basis.

If you feel that you need one please raise a ticket via our Support Ticket System

PHPMyAdmin

All of our packages allow the use of PHPMyAdmin. This access is not automatically generated. In order to access this Database Panel please submit a support ticket.

File Manager

File Manager

A native file manager is only available for some packages and It also requires User Panel Access.

If your packages allows and you feel that you need one please raise a ticket via our Support Ticket System

Server Side Statistics

Available for all packages is the use of AWStats.
It can be found generally by visiting your site (and by adding to the end of the URL) "stats".

In order to access AWStats server side statics please submit a support ticket as this service must be enabled.

Monitoring

Monitoring Network Uptime Client Level Uptime Client Performance

We have multiple levels of monitoring available.

Network Uptime - Is available to fall package types and will give you the status of all network systems that are currently running at Fullsail Systems. To review these status please visit our Network Status Portal.
Client Level Uptime - This monitoring system specifically monitors the status of your Virtual Server. This system will automatically send you systems updates affecting your Virtual Server.
Client Performance - This monitoring system specifically monitors the status & performance of your Virtual Server. This system will allow you to view your current performance status and will automatically send you systems updates affecting your Virtual Server.
