How to check the status of a data center at FullSail Systems?
To check a data center status at FullSail Systems simply visit our Status Portal.
The portal will look resemble the screenshot below
As you can see the system will define each data center by name and show you the status of each server and the current system load and uptime.
What happens if there is a service or a server that is showing an error?
FullSail Systems team is constantly monitoring our services and in this cause normally know when a service has been disrupted. In the rare case that a service or server happens to have disruption, you can count on our tech team to correct the issues as soon as possible. If such an event occurs we will post a message to all users of the disruption and the course of action to correct the disruption.
