Can I purchase Domain Names From FullSail Systems?

No – At the moment FullSail Systems only provides hosting specific services and products. We do however have planned in the near future a TDL acquisition section for existing clients.

Why is pricing “starting at”?

All pricing is stated as a base price. Additional options are available which could adjust the hosting package total price.

Can I upgrade my Account?

Yes — To upgrade your hosting package please contact customer service.

How can I tell which Package is right for me?

There are many aspects of how to gauge the proper hosting package. If you are not sure of the plan that is right for your web application you have three options:

  1. Go to our Resource Center and look for "Hosting Packages". You will get an overview and also many details about each hosting package.

Is support included in my hosting package?

Yes, however, Free Technical support only applies to your web application's hosted virtual environment. Application specific troubleshooting is available via hourly billed technical support. Web application optimization support is included in ROADMAP services. You can find a complete list of the services included under the ROADmap Service Section.

How can check how much storage I am using?

In your virtual server control panel, you can check your real-time storage usage. In addition to this tool, there are other useful tools to help manage your Virtual Server.
